What this means:
Our website:
- Product prices include your local sales tax / VAT (from the location you are browsing from)
- Any duties are shown separately at checkout (most countries don't charge duty for these products, but some do (e.g. USA)
- The price you pay at checkout is your final price!
We will:
- Ship your order with our trusted delivery partners
- Pay the import tax and duties for you
- Pay the courier to file the paperwork required and any other administration costs
You will not be asked for any additional payment. The price you pay at checkout is your final price!
Product Choices
If you see the product on our store, we are able to ship it to you.
Some products are only available in some countries, but you will not see these products on our website if we are not able to ship them to your country (this mainly relates to Seats).
Business Customers
Due to us paying your import tax, you will not be able to reclaim this from your government.
We are not able to ship without VAT, as import VAT is still due at the time of import.
If you wish to purchase products on behalf of a business or company, please contact us and we can invoice you without tax (but you will be liable for paying this on import as normal).
Channel Islands
UK to Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey) sales
We do not charge VAT on orders from the Channel Islands, where the delivery address is in the Channel Islands. You will notice that at checkout you will not be charged any tax by our website.
Other countries
There are some countries where automatic pricing for shipping is not available. In these instances, please contact us and we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
Ukraine, Belarus, Russia: We are unable to ship any products to these countries at this present time.
The details on this page only relate to locations outside of the United Kingdom. For UK customers, standard VAT is charged at 20%.
