We ship worldwide.

Just like you, we are also impatient to get our hands on great new gear! Everyone wants their new purchases as soon as possible, which is why we provide a number of flexible and cost effective delivery options.

Delivery services are subject to availability in your area, extenuating circumstances and our usual terms and conditionsΒ apply.Β We'd be happy to talk to you about your delivery options if you have any questions.

Our primary shipping partners are FedEx (medium/large packages, UK and International) and Royal Mail (small items delivered to UK addresses only).

Where do we ship to?

Most Products: Worldwide. This website will allow the majority of countries to check out online. If you find that the website does not provide a delivery option to you automatically, that does not mean we do not ship to your country. What it means is that we do not have set rates for that country, and so we need to manually quote for the delivery. Please contact us at sales@raceanywhere.co.uk with your cart and relevant delivery details for an accurate quote.

Seats: We only ship seats to the UK & countries inside the EU (European Union). Seats are typicallyΒ uneconomical to ship worldwide.Β We can help customers outside of Europe find their perfect seat to pair with their Race Anywhere purchases - just reach out to us.

PO Boxes (Post Office Boxes) and Mail Forwarding Services: Unfortunately we cannot ship to these locations, or similar services, due to a high rate of fraud associated with these delivery locations.

Collection

You can collectΒ your order from ourΒ Daventry, NorthamptonshireΒ (UK) location. There isΒ no chargeΒ for doing so.Β Please wait to be contacted regarding theΒ day, time and location for collection.

Just make sure you bring a vehicle suitable for your purchase. Our largest boxes are 1.4m long and can weigh over 25kg.

Anyone can choose this option at checkout.

The process is simple:

  • Order online and selectΒ "Local Pickup".
  • You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready to collect.
  • We will contact you directly to arrange a day and time.
  • Please ensure you have received this email / heard from us before arriving at our premises.
  • Simply follow the instructions provided and we will ensure that social distancing rules are followed so you can collect your order safely.
  • Collections times vary, so we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements for you.

Standard Shipping

We work with multiple carriers to ensure you get great, fast and cost effective delivery options for your purchase.

Due to the nature of sim racing products, some can be very big or heavy. Some pieces are 1.4m long and so are more expensive to ship to customers. You will notice depending on what you purchase the delivery price will be higher or lower. We will work to combine multiple orders into a single delivery to reduce your delivery cost.Β Β
