Return/Refund policy

Returns

We think you'll be really happy with your Race Anywhere purchase, but if you're not fully satisfied, you can return it with 30 days. Details:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be in pristine condition, and this includes the absence of any smells (for example, but not limited to, cigarette smoke smells), pet hair or other contamination. Any factory or warehouse seals should be 100% intact and unbroken. Internal packaging should not be opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless advised by us to do so in writing.

Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have advised you to do so.

Packing and packaging returns

We have a separate page that covers our policy on packing and packaging of returns here.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Seats

Seats are subject to a 15% handling fee if returned. If you are in any doubt whether a seat is suitable for you or not, please contact us and we will do our best to assist your decision making.

Processing Fees

We are unable to refund any card/payment/processing fees incurred during your purchase. These fees range between 2.2% and 5% depending on the method of purchase.

Example, PayPal at the time of writing this charges us a 2.9% fee for every order. If you buy something for £100 and decide to return it, we will not be able to return the £2.90 in transaction fees (so your refund would be a maximum of £97.10.

This money goes to PayPal and there is no way for us to get that back (it is baked into their own policies which we have no control over).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
